It was a privilege to photograph Tasneem and Chris' wedding. They've built a family that spans across the country that centers on the love they wish to create in the world. From the many toasts, hugs, and tears, I could see clearly that they are loved back. Tasneem and Chris wanted a wedding that put their guests before ceremony, and affection guiding ritual, and it was beautiful to witness. At weddings like this, I feel very much the photojournalist, trying the best I can to describe the relationships in front of me. Less interpretation and more documentation. I wish you the best, Tasneem and Chris (and Logan). It seems that I'm now part of people you touch, as well.
