Anthony and Rusty's Brooklyn Wedding
Anthony Luscia, Special Projects Editor for Martha Stewart Weddings, was married to his wonderful partner, Russell James in Brooklyn last September. The wedding, created by the creative minds that run the magazine, was an event like no other. Masculine details were paired with lovely florals and Broadway-inspired elements. I was wide-eyed and awed to watch editors, photographers, stylists and interns work together to produce this event. I'd always dreamed of being in the magazine, and wondered what really went into their weddings. Contrary to my previous-held belief that the whole event was staged, there was complete spontaneity and plenty of love, laughter and fun. Anthony asked me to bring the Snapshot Studio, and then gave me the freedom to shoot what I wanted. It was an amazing experience I'll always be thankful to have had. A huge congrats to Rusty and Anthony and thank you for allowing me to be there. We'll post photos from the Snapshot Studio next including Martha Stewart herself as she dons props and gathers a few friends in the Snapshot Studio.
