The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is a gorgeous place for a wedding, and Lauren and Ben of all people appreciated this location the most. Rain or shine, they wanted to say their vows with their toes in the sand. We had more than the threat of summer storms looming, they actually blew through just before and just after the ceremony. As a matter of fact, even as it rained Lauren and Ben were game for photos on the beach as evidenced by a couple of the portraits below. This day, although stormy, provided some gorgeous backdrops rich with texture in the sky and on the wet sand. Some may have viewed this day less than picturesque, but I think the rain made it especially unique and beautiful. It was such a treat photographing these two who seemed to be game for just about anything.
