Melissa and Jim Benson of Eleven Courses Catering in Baltimore started their business with private client dinners in their homes, but word of their outstanding and creative culinary offerings spread fast and their business grew to include large wedding and corporate events. They are constantly seeking inspiration, and when I met up with them they had just returned from an Italian culinary trip. Inspired by the classic black dress, these menu items all find good use of black in their display.
